District names come in Arabic and English from Gathern’s own directory, and pages are available in Arabic under /ar.

Daily checks of public calendars turn closed nights into booking estimates. Figures stay marked “collecting” until an area has 7 days and 100 observed nights.
When fewer matching Gathern listings are open on a date than usual, the recommended rate rises, and it falls when more are open, within −15% to +20%.
The Atlas, reports and calculator are free for everyone. The 30-day free trial prices up to 25 properties and makes up to 25,000 API requests a day, with no card; after it, Host costs SAR 49 per property a month.

Not for everyone. JokerPrice does not push rates to platforms or PMSs automatically; its one connection is Hostaway, for sends you approve. It replaces PriceLabs if you set rates yourself and want market data for the Gulf and Egypt, including Gathern; otherwise it works alongside it.
Gathern does not appear on PriceLabs’ list of connected systems, which we checked on October 28, 2026. The list changes, so check the link under Sources.
Both charge per property. JokerPrice’s Host plan costs SAR 49 per property a month for the first 5 and less from the 6th, after a 30-day free trial. PriceLabs Dynamic Pricing starts at USD 9.99 for the first listing on its rest-of-the-world list and USD 19.99 on its USA, UK and Europe list, after a 30-day free trial. For one property JokerPrice costs more than the first and less than the second. The pricing page shows both in SAR for 1 to 100 properties.
