Prices are in Saudi riyals. Polar, the merchant of record, takes the payment, adds VAT where it applies and sends your receipts.
Signed up before paid plans? Your free trial runs until the end of , or 30 days after you signed up if that is later. Until the end of your account also keeps its earlier allowance: up to 100 properties, up to 5 API keys with 5,000 requests a day each, and the portfolio view. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

PriceLabs also charges per listing. Its Dynamic Pricing has two published price lists: one for the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Israel, and a lower one for the rest of the world. What PriceLabs does that JokerPrice does not. PriceLabs sends prices to connected booking channels and property management systems. JokerPrice does not push prices to any platform automatically: you enter them yourself, helped by the rate file, or, if you use Hostaway, review and approve each send of nightly rates. AirROI sells its API per call, from USD 0.01 to USD 1 depending on the endpoint, paid from a deposit of at least USD 10. At its lowest price, 25,000 calls cost USD 250 (SAR 937.50); the API Developer plan allows 25,000 requests a day for SAR 99 a month. AirROI: API pricing

Who takes the payment, and who handles VAT and receipts?
Polar (polar.sh) sells JokerPrice plans as the merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, and emails your receipts and invoices. JokerPrice never sees your card details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Open Manage billing on your account page and cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that your workspace is read-only until you choose a plan again, and nothing is deleted. There is no cancellation fee.
How does per-property pricing work?
Each of the first 5 properties costs SAR 49 a month, the 6th to 20th SAR 39 each, the 21st to 50th SAR 29 each and the 51st to 100th SAR 24 each. A band’s price applies only to the properties inside it, so adding a property never lowers the total: 6 properties cost SAR 284 a month. A year costs 10 months. Can I add properties later?
Yes. On your account page, change the number of properties on your Host plan. Polar charges or credits the difference for the rest of the billing period. If a save would go over your plan, the app says so and offers to add properties.
What happens to my properties if I lower the number?
You keep every property and its history, and you can still view and price all of them and export their rate files. While you have more properties than your plan prices, you cannot add another; remove some or add properties to your plan. API keys work the same way: existing keys keep working, and a new one needs room under the plan.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, your account stays. You can sign in, view every property, calendar and last recommendation, download a recovery export and delete the account; nothing is deleted. Saving changes, adding properties, refreshing market rates and recommendations, and API and MCP keys pause until you choose a plan, and each tells you so.
I signed up before paid plans. What changes for me?
Your free trial runs until the end of December 15, 2026, or 30 days after you signed up if that is later. Until the end of December 15, 2026 your account also keeps its earlier allowance: up to 100 properties, up to 5 API keys with 60 requests a minute and 5,000 a day each, and the portfolio view. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Do I need a card to start?
No. The 30-day free trial needs only an account: up to 25 properties, 25,000 API requests a day and 5 keys. You pay only when you choose a plan, at checkout on Polar.
How are API requests counted?
Every authenticated /api/v1 request and every MCP tool call counts once against your account, whichever key sends it. The daily count resets at 00:00 UTC. Over a limit the API answers HTTP 429 until the count resets; nothing is charged per request.
Does JokerPrice change my prices on Airbnb, Gathern or Agoda?
Not without your approval. JokerPrice recommends a price for every night, and you enter prices yourself, helped by the rate file. If you use Hostaway, you can connect it, review the next 30, 60 or 90 nights and approve a send of nightly rates, which Hostaway passes on to Airbnb and your other channels. Nothing is pushed to a booking platform automatically.
What does the commercial licence cover?
API Business includes a licence to use data from the API in products, reports and services you sell to others, as the terms set out. Host and API Developer cover use in your own rental business and your own tools.
