Short-term rental data as an API

Pull the same market reports, calendar-tracked occupancy, listings and revenue estimates that power JokerPrice into your scripts, spreadsheets, dashboards and AI assistants. 8 read-only JSON endpoints, one API key.

What you can query

Markets

Supply, asking-rate quartiles, bedroom price bands, property mix and ratings for every destination with at least 20 collected listings.

Performance

Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue per listing and on-the-books share from daily calendar checks, for a city or a map rectangle.

Trends

One stored snapshot per destination per day, returned as a time series for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, asking rate or supply.

Listings

Collected Airbnb, Gathern and Agoda listings with location, bedrooms, type, asking rate, rating and link, page by page.

Revenue estimates

Projected nightly rate, occupancy and revenue for any coordinates, with the comparables behind it and optional investment returns.

AI assistants

The same data in Claude, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients through the JokerPrice MCP server.
